Step One - Communication Needs

We need to spend some time to discuss product type, yarn, needle size, design, craft, size, price, quantity, accessories, delivery time and shipping method.

This is the first step to trust each other, please give us more information. We can make a more accurate judgment.

Step Two - Sample Production

Sample production is one of the most critical links in Bulkknitwear. For knitwear, we need to invest a lot of time to ensure the presentation of each pattern on the fabric. This not only directly affects the customer’s customization experience, but also requires sample data to complete bulk production.

We will ship your samples by express delivery. After receiving the goods and confirming the sample size, softness and finished product effect, we will start the next step.

Step Three - Bulk Production

For knitwear with a single pattern or color, it takes 7-15 days. For knitwear with multiple patterns, colors, and crafts, it takes 12-25 days to complete.

Sourcing Yarn

We will purchase more yarn before preparing for production to avoid insufficient number of garments due to production consumption.

If you need to modify the color or composition of the yarn, please inform us before this process.

Winding And Twisting Yarn

By wrapping the yarn around the cone, it is easier for the yarn to enter the knitting machine.

Twisting yarn means fusing one or more strands of yarn to make it less likely to break.

Knit Machine Set Up

Depending on the needle size of the product, choose the corresponding knitting machine.

Adjust the relevant parameters to match the pattern, yarn and process.

At BulkKnitwear, we can only accept a maximum of 7 colors for custom patterns.

Seaming

Washing

Washing can remove impurities and chemicals. Make knitwear softer.

Step Four - Package

BK uses biodegradable, green and environmentally friendly paper packaging boxes. This can protect the integrity of the clothes to the greatest extent. If you need customized packaging, please let us know in advance.

Step Five - Shipping Solutions

We offer a variety of shipping methods. For samples, express delivery takes 3-10 working days. For bulk, air delivery takes 5-10 working days. For sea delivery, it takes 20-35 working days.
